Each cup holder is individually handcrafted within our family atelier using traditional techniques of hand wax sculpting, lost-wax casting, artistic silverwork, hand chasing, and fine engraving. The sculptural elements are carefully modeled and refined to achieve depth, texture, and intricate detailing throughout the continuous relief composition.

Tall fir trees rise along the upper edge, forming a dramatic forest silhouette, while below, figures journey through snow-covered terrain and animals move across the landscape. The richly textured ground and flowing arrangement of the sculptural elements create a sense of movement, capturing the atmosphere and vitality of winter life in generations past.

The artistic narrative reflects a time when winter journeys, hunting expeditions, and knowledge of the forest were essential parts of everyday existence. Through its detailed imagery, the composition celebrates the skills, traditions, and enduring connection to nature passed down through generations.

The handle is sculpted in the form of intertwined branches, introducing an organic element that complements the forest setting. The interior is finished in luminous 24K gold vermeil, creating a warm contrast with the intricately worked sterling silver exterior and evoking the comfort of traditional tea drinking during the cold winter months.

The depth of the relief, carefully modeled figures, and intricate natural motifs reflect the atelier's dedication to traditional sculptural silverwork. Every decorative detail is individually refined by hand, creating a harmonious balance between artistic expression, historical inspiration, and functional design.

Both functional and sculptural, “Winter Traditions” is conceived as a distinguished collectible for refined tea service, elegant interiors, and private collections. Combining classical silversmithing with narrative decorative art, this expressive creation celebrates the beauty of winter landscapes and the cultural heritage of generations past.
