Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it left the manufacturer (video and pictures will be the taken at the day of delivery), unworn or unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. After checking the jewelry condition and if found in the appropriate original condition as it was when left the manufacturer the refund will be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items Policy
We take great care in inspecting, packaging, and securely shipping each piece of jewelry and acquire shipping insurance policy on the sent jewelry.
Reporting Timeline
You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot honor damage claims made after this period.

What We Cover

Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs (if the client damaged his jewelry we can give you a repair service for a price fitting the damage repair. In addition to the repair costs, the delivery and insurance to us and back are also paid by the client).

Lost or stolen items once confirmed delivered
Resolution Process
Once we receive and review your claim, we will contact you within 3 business days with the next steps. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

Arrange for a return and replacement or repair

Provide a store credit or refund (subject to approval and inspection)

Assist you with a shipping insurance claim (if applicable)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that it left the manufacturer (video and pictures will be taken on the delivery day), unworn or unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
