Shipping policy

All jewelry pieces are carefully crafted and shipped directly from Israel. The delivery and shipping insurance after the purchase going from Israel to the costumers home are provided by Konforti. If you are purchasing a ready to ship product it will usually take up to 3 business days for processing, after receiving the full payment the delivery will take approximately 7-14 business days depending on your countries location.

Please note, since items are shipped internationally, buyers may be responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient.
