“Kingdom of the Sea” 6 Sterling Silver, 24K Gold & Enamel Champagne Goblets

This exceptional set of six sculptural champagne goblets from the “Kingdom of the Sea” collection celebrates the mystery and abundance of the ocean through an elaborate composition of sterling silver, 24-karat gold gilding, hot enamel, and precious gemstone accents. Conceived as both a functional champagne service and a collection of miniature sculptural artworks, each goblet brings together a graceful mermaid, colorful fish, seashells, coral formations, marine vegetation, and jewel-like details inspired by an imagined underwater kingdom. The contrast between softly patinated sterling silver, brilliant gold, vivid enamel, and polished gemstones gives the ensemble remarkable depth, color, and sculptural presence.

The set consists of six matching champagne goblets, each measuring approximately 20 cm (7.9 inches) in height. Every goblet is crafted from 925 sterling silver, with the interior finished in luxurious 24-karat gold vermeil. The exterior is enriched with 24-karat gold gilding and traditional hot enamel and set with ametrine and topaz gemstones. Sculptural mermaids form the stems of the goblets, rising from elaborate jeweled bases decorated with seashells, coral, fish, and marine vegetation. Above them, the silver cups are surrounded by intricate gilt coral formations and individually decorated hot-enamel fish motifs.

Every silver component begins as an original hand-carved wax sculpture created within the Konforti family atelier. Once the sculptural models have been perfected, the elements are cast individually in sterling silver using the traditional lost-wax casting technique, preserving the intricate textures of the mermaids, fish, shells, coral, and marine vegetation. Following casting, the components undergo extensive hand finishing, including chasing, engraving, fitting, assembly, patination, gilding, hot-enamel work, gemstone setting, and meticulous polishing.

The listing includes six champagne goblets. For collectors wishing to create a larger champagne service, additional matching goblets may be commissioned for an additional fee, allowing the set to be expanded according to the requirements of the client.

The six champagne goblets may also be ordered as part of the complete “Kingdom of the Sea” champagne service, accompanied by the matching monumental sterling silver champagne cooler vessel featuring sculptural mermaids, 24-karat gold gilding, hot enamel, ametrine and topaz gemstones, and a 24-karat gold vermeil interior. The complete set is available for an additional fee upon request.

Every example is individually handcrafted within the Konforti family atelier and produced exclusively to order with an estimated production time of approximately 4 months from order confirmation. As part of the artistic process and provenance of the work, the client receives a complimentary signed original design sketch prepared by the atelier.
