This exceptional sculptural vase "Majesty of the Forest" celebrates the grandeur and tranquility of the European forest, bringing together masterfully cut Bohemian crystal and richly sculpted sterling silver in a composition inspired by the traditions of historic European decorative arts. The design centers around an intricately cut crystal vessel rising above an elaborate woodland scene, where a majestic stag stands among sculpted branches, leaves, and forest vegetation. The combination of brilliant transparent crystal and softly tarnished sterling silver creates a striking contrast between light, texture, and sculptural depth, transforming the vase into both a functional vessel and an extraordinary decorative artwork.

The vase measures approximately 26 cm in height (10.2 inches) with a diameter of approximately 10.3 cm (4.1 inches). Its refined proportions make it particularly suited to display on a console, mantel, cabinet, writing desk, or dining table, while the elaborate craftsmanship allows the piece to command attention even without floral arrangements.

Every silver component begins as an original hand-carved wax sculpture created within the Konforti family atelier. Once the sculptural model has been perfected, each element is cast individually in sterling silver using the traditional lost-wax casting technique, preserving the minute details and textures of the original wax model. Following casting, the components undergo extensive hand finishing, including chasing, engraving, fitting, assembly, patination, and meticulous polishing. This labor-intensive process gives the stag its lifelike presence while allowing the surrounding woodland vegetation to achieve exceptional depth and intricacy.

Every example is individually handcrafted within the Konforti family atelier and produced exclusively to order with an estimated production time of approximately 4–5 months from order confirmation. As part of the artistic process and provenance of the work, the client receives a complimentary signed original design sketch prepared by the atelier.

The Konforti family atelier is a multi-generational workshop led by Inga and Barak Konforti and founded by master artists Ella Konforti and Yuri Bogoslavsky. For decades, the atelier has specialized in the creation of museum-quality luxury objects, monumental chess sets, Judaica, centerpieces, sculptural vessels, and exceptional decorative works that unite fine art, history, and traditional European craftsmanship.
