This monumental pair of wine pitchers, titled “Owl Wisdom,” is executed in the grand tradition of Russian Fabergé-era silverwork. The pieces are created in strict accordance with the historical canons, manufacturing techniques, and structural methods employed by the celebrated masters associated with Carl Fabergé, including Ovchinnikov, Khlebnikov, the Grachev Brothers, and their contemporaries.
The pitcher set is crafted exclusively for the client, with the possibility to tailor certain details to individual preferences. Estimated lead time is approximately 5-6 months from order confirmation.

The pitchers are crafted entirely from 925 sterling silver with 24K gold vermeil and paired with a finely cut Bohemian crystal body, using traditional techniques of artistic casting, chasing, and engraving. Concealed internal fastening systems are employed throughout, reflecting authentic historical construction methods and ensuring both structural integrity and visual purity. Every stage of the work, from inception to completion, is carried out manually, resulting in a pair of truly unique objects.
Each pitcher stands 42 cm (16.5 in) in height and is conceived as a sculptural composition centered around the noble figure of the owl, a timeless symbol of wisdom and vigilance. The stems are adorned with finely modeled oak leaves and acorns, referencing oak groves the natural habitat of owls and reinforcing the symbolic connection between the form and the natural world.
The owls’ eyes are set with tiger’s eye gemstones, lending a striking sense of depth and presence that brings the sculptural forms vividly to life. The careful integration of gemstone accents enhances the expressive character of the birds while maintaining harmony with the overall composition.
Both functional and sculptural, this wine pitcher pair stands as a refined example of decorative art, uniting historical tradition, master craftsmanship, and symbolic design. The set is suitable for distinguished interiors, ceremonial use, or inclusion in a serious collection of European silver and objet d’art.

Additionally to the finished set, the client will receive a complementary signed original design sketch prepared by the atelier and presented as part of the artistic process and provenance of the commission.

Every work is entirely handcrafted using traditional techniques, sculptural metalwork, and meticulous stone setting, continuing a shared artistic legacy shaped across generations.
